Imagine.

 

There’s a trap door, right above your head, two inches above your head. As you open that door, beautiful light from above comes pouring down through the top of your head. This light of love and universal intelligence pours down like you’re in a waterfall, down through your eyes, your jaw, your neck, down your throat, into your shoulders.

 

Let it fill up your shoulders and flow down your arms, your elbows, your wrists, down through your fingertips. And bring that light from your throat down into your chest, into your heart.

 

Let it flow down the sides of your ribs, your solar plexus, into your belly, into your hips.

 

Let it flow into your penis, down into your thighs, your knees, your calves and ankles, down through the bottoms of your feet, deep into the Earth.

 

Pick up that beautiful nourishment from Mother Earth, all the strength and groundedness, and allow that energy to come back up through the bottoms of your feet into your legs, up through your knees and thighs, into your penis, into your hips, up the side of your ribs, along your back, the back of your neck, along the back of your head.

 

Let it come around on top of your head as it merges with this gorgeous light from above.

 

Now, you’re in a circuit of beautiful light and protection. Feel the stillness.
